I'm Nilesh Khedkar. I've spent more than 21 years in asset-intensive industry, most of it in oil & gas maintenance, reliability engineering and SAP PM. I know what a missed inspection costs, how work really moves between planners and technicians, and why most technology rollouts stall on the plant floor.
These days my work centres on one idea: the experts who know the work best should lead its automation. I've built platforms that let maintenance experts create and supervise their own AI agents, and I've published a framework for expert-driven AI implementation.
I'm writing a book on why enterprises pay for AI they don't use, and I organize the Google Developer Groups community in Al Khobar.
