Why
Procedures live in long documents that few people read end to end. People ask colleagues instead, and get a different answer each time.
What it does
The helpdesk answers questions from the organisation’s own documents, checks its own answers before replying, and asks for clarification when a question is ambiguous. When needed it produces the output people actually want: a checklist, a short deck or a filled-in document.
How it is built
- An agent that retrieves, drafts, checks for unsupported claims and retries, built as a state machine.
- Hybrid search (meaning plus keywords) over the documents, with embeddings computed locally at no cost.
- Speaks the Model Context Protocol, so other AI tools and agents can use it as a service.
